BRAND CONTRACT
As a brand walking in the London Queer Fashion Show (LQFS) held on (TBC) I acknowledge that I will be held accountable for my personal actions and as the lead gaurantor. By signing this contract, I agree to the following things:
1. We are committing to walking 10 looks for the London Queer Fashion Show catwalk. All looks will be submitted and signed off by Lucy London, LQFS Director and her Brand allocations lead.
2. We agree to be present at the venue location in association with the call sheet provided 2 weeks in advance of the event.
Venue - TBC (London based Location)
3. I agree to attend all mandatory workshops, fittings and rehearsals.
a. At the fittings/rehearsals I acknowledge that I will be a representative of the London Queer Fashion Show, and will act accordingly.
b. If I have trouble getting to the location the day of a rehearsal, I will contact my brand allocation lead ash@londonqueerfashionshow.com and find other arrangements.
c. I will arrive on time and be at my designated space on time throughout the day/evening of the event.
d. I understand pre, during and after the show I am a representative of The London Queer Fashion Show.
e. I will not consume alcohol pre show, during the show and not until my duties as a Brand and LQFS representative have finished.
4. Alcohol and Drugs policy; I will not consume, bring, have on-person or offer any drugs or substances. LQFS will not allow a brand to participate in the show if a designer/s are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
5. I have agreed to be present for at least 1 rehearsal if requested at the time provided and will stay until the session ends. I will also be available, day of, for a rehearsal before the show with
hair/makeup/dress if requested. I also understand that a full dress rehearsal may not be possible.
a. If I am unable to make any meetings or rehearsals, I will make special arrangements that will be signed off by my brand allocation lead; ash@londonqueerfashionshow.com
6. I give permission to have my looks photographed and videoed during the event. This content will be used on websites, videos, literature, and news releases, etc. for promotiona purposes for the London Queer Fashion Show.
7. I will not bring any of my own hair or makeup artists and will not make last minute changes to any design boards provided (if requested) on hair and or make up. I agree to a possible edited version of my inspired look. (Every effort is made to create hair & make up, however time and product restrictions may affect this)
8. I will provide a music track that I wish my collection to be shown to. This will be approved by Lucy London (LQFS Director) and sound team. No later than four weeks prior to the show.
9. I will not bring my own models on the day of the event. All models must be agreed and signed off with Aisha Shaibu aisha@londonqueerfashionshow.com. LQFS is committed to showing a diverse representation of identities, therefore have a full model book of models of all identities and are happy to match you with models that best suit your brand and looks.
10. I understand I will be granted 1 backstage pass, an additional +1 if needed to help with delivery, pack down or dressing. Details of name of +1 will need to be provided to aisha@londonqueerfashionshow.com three weeks prior to show. All other services backstage will be provided by LQFS.
11. I agree to pack up all belongings and looks from the catwalk, within 45 mins of the show end and remove all property from the building. Anything left in the building after the show will be disposed of, so please take all your belongings with you.
12. LQFS reserves the right to withdraw a Brand in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
13. I agree to making minimum 2 x social media posts about my involvement with London Queer Fashion Show & sharing a link to the LQFS website.
